Hayley currently serves Project Delivery Manager for Nashville-based Core Development Services, managing the overall product delivery process for all new construction and adaptive reuse projects in and around Nashville. She holds a Master’s of Science in Sustainable Practice, concentration in green building, from Lipscomb University – one of the first and most progressive U.S. programs. She is a LEED accredited professional in building design and construction (LEED AP BD+C) and Certified Green Professional (CGP).
Formerly the global Sustainability Manager for Balfour Beatty Investments, Hayley was responsible for coordinating the efforts of 250 National Green Building Standard (NGBS) Emerald-rated homes at Fort Bliss, TX – designed to use 60% less energy over traditional new construction homes. In 2014, Hayley was awarded NGBS’s “Green Partner of Excellence” for her exemplary efforts in advocating for the green building standard. Additionally, she has advised U.S. government agency audiences to promote NGBS and improved green building standards for next generation housing.
Hayley provides leadership experience with social and environmental sustainability organizations nationally, working with the National Apartment Association and National Multifamily Housing Council, while chairing local committees for Urban Land Institute Nashville and U.S. Green Building Council Middle Tennessee Chapter.
