Core Development Services has landed a master permit for its Segment at Pillow, a 34-unit residential project in Wedgewood-Houston.
Village Real Estate Services, a Core sister operation, is pre-selling flats and townhomes for Segment, which will be built at the southeast corner of the intersection of Merritt Avenue and Pillow Street.
Segment (pictured) will feature 26 flats and eight townhomes with prices starting at $234,900.
For Segment, Manuel Zeitlin Architects is handling the design. Civil Site Design (engineering), Hawkins Partners (land planning) and Evergreen Construction (construction management) round out the team. All four are Nashville based.
The site is located one block east of The Finery node within WeHo. The Finery offers residential retail and maker spaces, anchored by Corsair Distillery, Diskin Cider (slated to open this spring) and Sassafras Market.
