Mark founded Village Real Estate Services in 1996 to provide residential sales and marketing that focused on Nashville’s urban environment to serve those who wanted alternatives to cookie-cutter houses and sprawl. Village won the 2012 Inman Award “Most Innovative Brokerage or Franchise” and has grown to include over 250 agents and staff.
Built on that success, Mark established the Village Fund, a non-profit foundation to support local and national non-profits in their work to strengthen healthy, vibrant neighbourhoods of Nashville and other cities across the country.
In addition to his role as CEO of Village, Mark continues to remain active with his real estate team, Nashville CityLiving and has topped the Nashville Business Journal’s “Book of Lists”
Combining a broad range of experiences, Andrew oversees Core’s urban infill developments in and around Nashville’s downtown core.
Kent’s broad expertise spans the complete development process from concept to completion and management. He oversees development responsibilities for a variety of Core projects.
Ron oversees the construction side of Core’s various residential developments and ensures that the buyer experience is optimized and well communicated from the time of contract until the end of the warranty period.
Jenn Garrett is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Core Development. As part of the development services team, Jenn manages project sales for new construction and conversion projects; both condominium and single-family residences.
James has been a Certified Public Accountant for over 25 years. During that time, he has owned his own CPA tax practice in Nashville specializing in real estate and small businesses. He has been the CFO of Village Real Estate Services since 2006.
Hayley currently serves Project Delivery Manager for Nashville-based Core Development Services, managing the overall product delivery process for all new construction and adaptive reuse projects in and around Nashville. She holds a Master’s of Science in Sustainable Practice, concentration in green building, from Lipscomb University – one of the first and most progressive U.S. programs.
