Emily Sangervasi joined Core Development in October of 2021 and currently serves as Director of Development. After spending a decade in the dynamic real estate landscape of New York City, Emily has recently returned to her roots in Nashville to make a lasting impact on her hometown.

During her time in New York, she honed her development skills working with renowned brokerage firm, The Corcoran Group, and visionary developer, SHVO. Emily received a degree in Real Estate from the Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia.
