James has been a Certified Public Accountant for over 25 years. During that time, he has owned his own CPA tax practice in Nashville specializing in real estate and small businesses. He has been the CFO of Village Real Estate Services since 2006 and also serves as CFO of Core Development.

James is also the Treasurer of the Friends of Radnor Lake, a not for profit organization whose mission is to protect, promote and preserve Radnor Lake. Additionally, he spends his time as a pianist and installation artist.

James graduated with a BA in Economics from Princeton University and a MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of Business.
